  • Managed Workstation + Helpdesk

    $30 / device
    Includes everything in Managed Workstation plus unlimited remote helpdesk during business hours (optional weekends or 24x7) covering calls, tickets, software installs, printer/email setups, and proactive device-monitoring alerts with automated ticket generation.
  • Managed Mail Security

    $6.50 / user
    Email security built for business: we handle deployment of Proofpoint filtering to block phishing, spoofing and malware, plus user-awareness training so your team learns to spot threats before they click.
  • Managed Mail Security + Archiving

    $7 / user

  • On-Site Technician Visit

    $50 / visit
    When remote fixes aren’t enough: a technician is dispatched within the Hampton Roads area for hardware replacements, cabling, site visits or onsite troubleshooting. Travel beyond the local radius billed at federal milage rates per mile.
  • Technical Project Services

    $100 / hour
    Full-scale engineering time for deployments, migrations, server/VM work, infrastructure upgrades or other large tasks. Includes planning, implementation and validation.
  • Remote Support

    $60 / hour
    For managed clients: when an issue isn’t covered by helpdesk (e.g., major software migration, out-of-scope change) we remote in and fix. Also offered as one-time support for non-managed clients who need ad-hoc technical troubleshooting.
